What is Missed Call Information Service?
Missed Call Information service is an enhanced communication solution that captures every call attempt and automatically transmits missed call notifications over SMS once you are available. This enables you to know the complete details of the callers like mobile numbers of caller(s) who tried reaching you when you were out of coverage or when your mobile was switched off.
This service is available for both prepaid and postpaid customers.

How to activate Missed Call Info Service: |

Spice subscribers will have to subscribe to the service. Activation and deactivation commands are as follows :
Activation Command: REG MCA to 50567
Note: Above mentioned commands are valid for both Post & Pre paid subscribers and will be charged Rs. 3/- for sending an SMS to 50567.
Once you are subscribed to the service, you will start getting the alerts automatically, in case you don't please manually configure the missed call info settings which are as follows:
Go to "call divert" menu.
Select divert if "Out of Reach or Not Available or Switched off" option.
Then select "activate", followed by "to other number" option.
Enter the number 1116822, in the "to other number" section.
Your Missed Call Alert service will now be activated.
Now you will start getting SMS alerts with details like: Mobile no. of the person who tried to reach you when you were out of coverage area, along with the date & time stamp of the call.
Charges :
The monthly rent for this service is Rs.15/-.
Please note for Pre-paid subscribers the billing cycle starts from the date of activation.

What is Missed Call Alerts Service?
Now get updates of all the calls you miss, without any monthly rentals - when your phone is switched off or out of reach. Spice Missed Call alerts provides you with the information of all the lost calls while you are out of reach.
This service will be automatically available to all our postpaid and prepaid subscribers shortly.
How it works:
As soon as you are back in the coverage area, or when you switch on your phone, you will get an SMS notification which will have the details of the calls you missed.
All you need to do is SMS keyword GET to 50567. You will then receive details of the called party number and the time of the calls that you missed.
Charges :
You will be charged Rs. 3/- for the SMS sent to 50567.
